"9. It follows from articles 345-1, 1°, 348-1 and 348-3 of the civil code, in their version then applicable, that the full adoption of the spouse's child, permitted when the child is not has established parentage only with regard to this spouse, requires the consent of the latter, which can be withdrawn for two months.
10. After noting that Ms. [L's] consent, received by notarial deed in the required manner, had not been withdrawn within the two-month period, the Court of Appeal rightly held that it did not include no limit in time nor attached to a particular instance, such reservations being not provided for by law, so that it had full and complete effect."
